Majestic Site Vision At VIPA Hospitality Management

It's with great honor and privilege that our company VIPA Hospitality was able to present our vision for the former Majestic site. Our company has been serving visitors in Hot Springs since 1994 and since 1992 in Arkansas. We have a proven track record, having developed, or acquired 7 hotels in Hot Springs. Our most recent hotel being the beautiful Home2 Suites by Hilton Hot Springs. However most importantly we are local and live full time in Hot Springs. This is our home.

Above is a link to our vision, site plan, and complete renditions. This project will boost economic activity in downtown, create 300 construction jobs, as well as 150 full and part time jobs once complete and opened.

This resort will incorporate a traditional design but all the modern amenities that the traveler of today expects. The main resort will feature 150 suites, with an additional 30 'cabana' style master suites with thermal waters piped directly to these rooms. We will also feature a beautiful park like setting with splash pools, jump fountains, and additional thermal water features for the many visitors that come to our great city and state to enjoy with beautiful out door bar for them to get a refreshment. The resort will include meeting/conference facilities for about 450 people, restaurant, and spa for guests to enjoy the thermal waters also.
